WEEKLY TUTION RATES
$75 per child

Harbison Gardens and Irmo Village Residents:
Currently ULSA is offering special scholarships to cover fees and tuition for some residents of Harbison Gardens and Irmo Village. The scholarships are on a first come, first served basis. Among Harbison Gardens residents, the priority for funding is given to children at Harbison West Elementary School. These scholarships are provided by HeartEd, Inc. The Town of Irmo is providing some funding for Irmo Village residents.
Universal Outreach Church:
UOC members get reduced rates on tuition and fees for all ULSA camps and programs. These reduced rates are provided to all active members who are in good standing with the church.
REQUESTS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS SHOULD BE MADE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.

ABC VOUCHER PAYMENTS:
ULSA is an ABC Quality center and we do accept ABC Voucher payments.
PAYMENT OF FEES AND TUITION:
Payment for Tuition is due on Mondays. Payments are made in advance for the week of service. Payments may be made in cash, with checks or by PayPal. We prefer payments through PayPal. Checks must be made payable to Universal Community Improvement Organization (UCIO). There is a $20.00 fee for returned checks. Tuition payments are to be submitted to the Director or her designee.
